A COMMUNITY INITIATIVE ROOTED IN WILSON COUNTY, TENNESSEEPEOPLE · LAND · WILDLIFE · COMMUNITY
Proposed Wilson County pilot. Interactive demonstration uses fictional records. No access is granted through this preview.
TRUST IS THE FOUNDATION

Privacy & landowner control.

Fictional public examples and real expressions of interest are different. The proposed field program is not yet an operating access system.

Public demonstration
All farms and hunters shown publicly in this demonstration are fictional. Example maps, access routes, stands, names and histories illustrate a concept; they are not real private records. Public role-switching is not proof of production authorization controls.
Live applications
Participation forms collect real expressions of interest. Submitted contact details and answers are saved privately for coordinator review, and an application notification is emailed to the coordinator. No application grants hunting, property or food-receiving approval.
Current coordinator review
The application review page requires sign-in and coordinator access. Applications and private coordinator notes are not displayed in public directories. Applicant account tracking is not yet connected for all submissions.
Proposed production policy: real property information is restricted
Real property boundaries, residences, stands and routes would be restricted to the landowner, authorized coordinators and a named hunter for an approved visit. Public reporting would use privacy-reviewed aggregate totals, not real farm or hunter directories. These proposed field-access controls must be verified before operational use.
Proposed farmer control
A farmer would approve a named hunter and visit window, release only necessary access information, and be able to pause or revoke permission. An application alone reveals no private map. Downloaded or offline copies cannot simply be recalled.
Data-handling readiness
Formal retention, deletion and sharing procedures are still being defined before operational recruitment. Do not submit property boundaries, sensitive access instructions or additional identity documents through these interest forms. For questions or corrections, contact the coordinator using the email conversation following your submission.
